Al Otero, our President; has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, management and ownership of small businesses. Al is CEO of Commercial Lending Partners, a commercial mortgage brokerage firm. Al has successfully promoted international trade in South Florida and abroad through a series of seminars and trade missions. Al has over 14 years experience in the development and operations of Chambers of Commerce and serves as Executive Director of the Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of the Broward County Chamber of Commerce, as International Director of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber, as Vice Chair of The International Business Council of Florida, as Chairman of the Bolivian Business Council as well as other boards and organizations.

Maria-Renee Davila - CEO
 Maria-Renee Davila was born in Bolivia and began her business career with an Advertising and Event Planning Company allowing her to obtain 15 years of experience in marketing, production and management of international events. She holds a Masters of Business Administration along with other accreditations. She is a proven international entrepreneur with extensive corporate experience and solid leadership skills and is the President of Enigma Group LLC, a Global Event Planning and Business Consulting Company. Her expertise in events and campaigns involve different industries including chambers of commerce, politics, Biofuels, business, healthcare, telecommunications, entertainment and fashion in several countries. Working with Fortune 500 companies, her experience has made her a highly sought-after executive in the event planning industry.  Ivelisse Santana holds a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. Has been a Real Estate broker in Florida for thirteen years with a solid background in commercial and residential transactions.

Mary Nguyen
 Mary Nguyen was born in Houston, Texas, where her Vietnamese father and Thai mother met to pursue the American Dream. Having high expectations for their five daughters, Mary Nguyen was always an “A” student throughout her school years. She acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry at the University of Houston. Upon graduation, Mary landed a prominent position with Lanier Worldwide, where she was quickly promoted to Healthcare Sales Representative and gained significant successful experience in outside sales. Looking to take the next critical step in her career, Mary moved to South Florida to facilitate tradeshows and events for the fitness and nutrition industry, despite becoming what her parents wanted, a doctor. From her past experience, Mary learned that true success comes from loving what she does, and knowing that each day brings its opportunities and challenges.  Rosemarie Allen is a Public Relations and Business Development Professional, with more than 20 years combined experience in Customer Relations, Telecommunication, and Human Resources.
